Amir began his career with a degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Westminster, but his true passion led him to the property industry, where he has thrived since 2008.

Amir has been a proud resident of Kensington and Chelsea since early childhood, giving him an unparalleled familiarity with London. Fluent in Farsi and deeply rooted in the cultural diversity of the city, Amir has cultivated an extensive network of international contacts and clients. How We Work 

Initial Consultation

We will start this process by learning and getting to know you, your requirements and objectives, whether it is seeking your dream home or an ideal investment. Our objective is finding the right property and negotiating the best possible price with best possible terms. 

 

We will explain how we work and how we will create a bespoke plan moving forward with your search. A follow up email briefing our meeting will be sent to ensure that we have a full understanding of your search.

Searching

We will start this process by learning and getting to know you, your requirements and objectives, whether it is seeking your dream home or an ideal investment. Our objective is finding the right property and negotiating the best possible price with best possible terms.

Negotiation

After finding the property of your choice, we will carry out a research and use our experience coupled with in-depth local knowledge to establish the true market value of the property.  We will also discuss the offer and various tactical approaches moving forward. 

 

Once your offer has been agreed, then will enter the conveyancing and legal process, working with lawyers, surveyors, financiers and etc. 

 

Each property is different and therefore require a different level of due diligence, however we will provide you with various options of all the required professionals along the journey.

Purchase & Completion

We manage the conveyancing and legal process right up to completion whilst keeping you up to date on all aspects. We don’t just stop there, we will continue to be available and at hand should you need us. 

Fees

Once you instruct Serpentine London, An agreement will be signed where you are required to pay a one off fee on completion for a successful find. Our fees range from 1.5% to 2% + Vat depending on the search.
